Credit Availability. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole and reasonable discretion, at any time and for any reason may: (1) refuse to make an advance requested hereunder; (2) terminate the Credit Facility hereby established for the Member at any time, (3) reduce the amount of the Credit Facility, or (4) increase the amount of the Credit Facility. The Advised Line of Credit (Maximum Advance Amount) available to Member is listed in “System” as defined in the Member’s MMA.
