Credit Availability. The amount of the Loan requested to be made on such Borrowing Date shall not exceed the amount that the Lender is obligated to make in accordance with Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Credit Availability. 1. Your Credit Limit(s). We have discretion to determine your credit limit(s) on your Account. We assign an initial credit limit upon approval of your application and issuance of your Card, which is disclosed to you in the materials we send with your Card. On each monthly statement, the total credit limit on your Account is shown as the “Credit Limit” and the total credit available is shown as “Available Credit”. Only a portion of the credit limit is available for Cash Advances (the “Cash Advance Limit”). The amount of credit available for Cash Advances is disclosed on each monthly statement as “Available Cash”. At our discretion, at any time, we may change any credit limit that applies to your Account, as permitted by law. We will notify you if we change any credit limit. You may ask us to change any of your credit limits by contacting us by telephone at the customer service number located on the front of your monthly statement or writing to us at the address for Billing Inquiries and Correspondence located on the front of your monthly statement. We do not have to agree to any such request.
Credit Availability. The credit shall be made available to the BENEFICIARY, in installments, upon satisfaction of the release conditions referred to in Section Twelve (Financial Cooperation Release Conditions), according to the needs for the execution of the financed project, subject to the BNDES financial schedule, which is subordinated to the definition of funds for its investments by the National Monetary Council.
Credit Availability. After receiving a payment, we can immediately increase your available credit, or delay increasing the available credit on your Account for a period of time. HOW WE APPLY PAYMENTS, CREDITS AND REFUNDS Subject to applicable law, when we receive a payment, including when you redeem Daily Cash as a credit, for your Account, we will apply: • Amounts up to your Minimum Payment Due in any manner we choose; and • Any amounts exceeding the Minimum Payment Due first to the balance with the highest APR, and then to balances with lower APRs (in descending order based on the applicable APR). This means that any Daily Cash Adjustment that has not been reflected on a Monthly Statement will be paid last. Refunds and other credits may be applied to your Account in any manner, and do not generally reduce your obligation to pay your Minimum Payment Due.

Credit Availability. Payments on your Account and deposits you make to your Savings Account to increase your credit limit will change the amount of credit you have available. When payments on your account are made electronically by 5PM by Moneygrams, debit cards or credit cards, your credit will be available on the next business day after your payment is credited. When deposits you make to your Savings Account to increase your credit limit are made by 4PM by mail by money orders or cashiers’ checks, or electronically by Moneygrams, debit cards or credit cards, your credit will be available on the next business day after your deposit is reflected in your Savings Account. Payments are credited as set forth in Section L. below. Deposits are reflected in your Savings Account and earn interest as set forth in Section N. below. All other deposits or payments may not increase your credit availabilityuntil we are assured that the payment has not been dishonored. This could take up to 14 calendar days.

After giving effect to such Credit Extension requested to be made on such date, (i) the Total Extensions of Credit shall not exceed the Borrowing Base as of such date, (ii) the Total Extensions of Credit shall not exceed the Elected Line Amount as of such date, (iii) following a Conversion to Approving Lenders Funding Date, no Approving Lender's Extensions of Credit shall exceed such Approving Lender's Maximum Credit Limit, (iv) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Swing Line Loans shall not exceed the Swing Line Cap, (v) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Daylight Overdraft Loans shall not exceed the Daylight Overdraft Cap, and (vi) the aggregate face amount of outstanding Letters of Credit and Reimbursement Obligations with respect to Letters of Credit shall not exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit.
