Common use of Credit appraisal by the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Security Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and each of the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Security Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the each Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Facility Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Arranger Bookrunners that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the each Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender of the Lenders and the Swap Bank confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document Document, including but not limited to:(without limitation):

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and Account Bank, Agent, the Arranger and any Swap Banks that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor or any other member of the Group that is party to a Finance Document for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of the Parent or any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to each of the Agent Agents, the Bookrunners and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agents and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender and L/C Bank confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger each L/C Bank that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Issuing Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including including, but not limited to:, those listed in paragraphs (a) through (d) of Clause 32.14 (Non-Reliance on Agent and Other Finance Parties).

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and each of the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger MLABs that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Transaction Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender and Hedge Counterparty confirms to the Facility Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the each Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will shall continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, the Transaction Security each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document or the Transaction Security including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Financing Document, each Lender confirms to the each Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Financing Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the each Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the COFACE Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toincluding:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Facility Agent, the Collateral Management Agent, the Documentation Bank and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Security Trustee that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Facility Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Arranger Bookrunner that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Obligors for information supplied by it them or on its their behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Transaction Document, each Lender confirms to each Agent, the Agent Joint & Several Creditor and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the each Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

(c) Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Transaction Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Financing Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Agents that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Financing Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Senior Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Senior Finance Document Document, including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. (a) Without affecting the responsibility of any the Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Fundamental Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Fundamental Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and each of the Arranger Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Transaction Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to each of the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toincluding:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the each Administrative Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the each Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document or Company Parent Guarantee including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Administrative Agents and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to each of the Agent Facility Agent, the Bookrunners and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Company for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and each of the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Security Trustee that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toincluding:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor Loan Party for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger Arrangers, that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor each Credit Party for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Credit Document, each Lender and each Letter of Credit Issuer confirms to the Collateral Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toCredit Document, including:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Security Agent that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Facility Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Facility Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agent, the Security Trustee and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Transaction Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender and Hedge Counterparty confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under under, or in connection with with, any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Senior Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Arranger Bookrunners that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Senior Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Obligors for information supplied by it any of them or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Documenttheir behalf, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:Document.

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Total Transaction Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to each of the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toincluding:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers, the Bookrunner and the Arranger Structuring Bank that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Transaction Document or Lease Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Joint Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Transaction Agents and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. 25.13.1. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited toincluding:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Borrower or the Guarantor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Facility Agent, the Arranger and the Arranger Mandated Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to each Agent, the Security Agent and the each Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including Document, including, but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender and confirms to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger Coordinator that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Arranger Bookrunners that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Sustainability Co-ordinators that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:: (a) the financial condition, status and nature of each member of the Group;

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Transaction Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for 175 making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Arranger Co-Lead Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document including but not limited to:

Credit appraisal by the Lenders. Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor the Obligors for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document Document, including but not limited to:(without limitation):

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger Arrangers that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Document Document, including but not limited to:

Without affecting the responsibility of any Obligor for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Transaction Document, each Lender confirms to the Agent and the Arranger that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document including but not limited to:
