Credit Agreement and UCC Definitions. Unless otherwise defined herein, (i) all capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings provided in Exhibit A to the Credit Agreement or, if not defined therein, the UCC, and (ii) all terms defined in the UCC and used herein shall have the same definitions herein as specified therein. If a term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC differently than in another Article of the UCC, the term has the meaning specified in Article 9.
