Creative Options Clause Samples
The "Creative Options" clause defines the rights and procedures related to the development, selection, or use of creative concepts, ideas, or materials within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how parties may propose, review, and approve creative options, such as advertising campaigns, design concepts, or marketing strategies, and may specify ownership or usage rights for any ideas not ultimately selected. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear process for handling creative proposals, protecting intellectual property, and avoiding disputes over the use or ownership of creative work generated during the collaboration.
