Creative Control. 4.1 The parties agree to meet from time to time as agreed between the parties to consult in good faith with each other over the editorial content and artistic direction of the Film that the Government shall, in its absolute discretion but with full discussion with you and giving good faith consideration to your views as a professional production company, have final editorial and artistic control over the Film. 4.2 The Contact shall have the right on your behalf to accept as satisfactory the story outlines, scripts, voices, storyboards, design and music of the Film and the Government shall be responsible for the cost of any lengthening of the production schedule or budget increase necessitated by the exercise of such right, other than the cost of changes arising from your acts or omissions. The Contact will also be available to provide hands-on assistance during filming. 4.3 You will submit to the Government details of the scripts, voices, storyboards, design and music for the Film for review and acceptance by not later than [DATE] and the Government shall confirm either its acceptance or non-acceptance with reasons in writing within 5 Business Days after receipt of such details. If you do not receive notice of such acceptance or non-acceptance within that period of 5 Business Days, the Government shall be deemed to have accepted such details, which will then form part of the Materials. 4.4 If the Government declines to accept any of the Materials, you will then have 7 days in which to make all necessary changes to them, in consultation with the Government, the Government having given written reasons for non-acceptance. You will then submit to the Government the revised material or replaced materials and the provisions of clause 4.3 and this clause 0 will apply again save that any further request for amendment by the Government after the second review shall be subject to charge by you to cover reasonable costs necessarily incurred as a result of the second non-acceptance, such costs to be paid within 30 days of the Government 's receipt of a valid invoice for them. 4.5 The Contact shall have the opportunity to accept, or refuse to accept, the Film at rough cut and fine cut stage on DVD delivered in hard copy or posted online for online review at your cost. Subject to dates being agreed in advance, the Government shall be entitled to request within a period of 5 Business Days from receipt of each of the rough cut and fine cut of the DVD respectively, reasonable amendments which shall be undertaken by you at your own cost. If the Government does not request amendments within 5 Business Days, acceptance shall be deemed to have occurred and the Film accepted.

Subject to you duly rendering all of the services required under this Agreement and to you not being in default of any term of this Agreement, you shall be accorded: credit as an individual Director of the Film in the main titles of the Film (whether appearing at the beginning or the end of the Film) on all positive copies of the Film made by or under the control of the Company, such credit to be on a separate card on which no other name shall appear (such card to be the last of those displayed in the main credit titles, or if the credit titles are placed at the end of the Film the first of those displayed after phase out) and in the same size (the term "size" meaning the height, width and thickness of the letters) and appearing on the screen for the same duration as the credit accorded to the individual producers of the Film; and You shall be entitled to insist upon the removal of their name from the title credits and paid advertising for the Film if: you consider that the final version of the Film after editing is a derogatory treatment of your work; or your engagement has been terminated before the completion of the Film. If the Director does require their name to be removed pursuant to clause 5.2, the Company has the right to attribute the Director’s credit to a fictional name which shall be at the Company’s complete discretion.
