Creative Control. The parties acknowledge that NYSERDA possesses final creative control over all content including that which is developed by Contractor.

Creative Control. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that all Performances and Recordings are produced, directed and otherwise controlled by IndianRaga or its third party contractors. IndianRaga may combine or create extracts from Recordings without restriction, which resulting combination or extract will also be a “Recording” hereunder. The Participant shall cooperate with IndianRaga’s personnel, shall not interfere with the conduct of IndianRaga’s business or the Fellowship Program and shall observe all rules, regulations and security requirements of IndianRaga concerning the safety of persons and property.
Creative Control. Subject to Buyer’s approval of the Budget with respect to the financing of the Picture described in Section 7.1, and subject to the Buyer’s appointed Executive Producer’s consultation rights, Issuer shall have complete creative decision control over the Picture.

Advertiser understands and agrees that it shall have no rights against Creator, at law or in equity (including, but not limited to, any right to rescind or terminate this Agreement or to enjoin or restrain Creator's exploitation of the Content Production in any manner whatsoever), as a result of Creator's use and/or non-use of the Brand/Product and, to the full extent permitted by law, hereby irrevocably waives all such rights.
Creative Control. 4.1 The parties agree to meet from time to time as agreed between the parties to consult in good faith with each other over the editorial content and artistic direction of the Film that the Government shall, in its absolute discretion but with full discussion with you and giving good faith consideration to your views as a professional production company, have final editorial and artistic control over the Film.

Creative Control. Any changes to the Format need Bavaria Entertainment’s prior written approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld and will automatically become the property of Bavaria Entertainment subject to the regulations of Czech Copyright Law.
