Craft. The scope of this Guarantee does not extend to any Craft:  whose Components, which would ordinarily be eligible under this Guarantee, have been customised or modified in any way differently from the manufacturer’s specification, or  which is owned temporarily or otherwise (resulting from trade-in or acquisition for the purposes of resale) by a business formed for the purposes of selling or servicing craft, or used for competition, trial or racing, or  which is used for Charter for a period exceeding 6 weeks in any one calendar year.

Craft. Both Parties agree that this Annex will be extended to cover recreational craft, if the Swiss authorities adopt regulatory requirements based on EC Directive 94/25/EC or any amendment of this Directive.
Craft. During the course of the 2016 Negotiations, the Parties agreed to establish Video 2 (V2) Operators in the San Diego Regional Market. As such, the Employer agreed that anytime we engage individuals outlined in the list below, they will be paid the Video 1 (V1) Operator rate, regardless of the video position they work for the event. Furthermore, the Employer agrees that it shall fully exhaust the list of individuals outlined below before engaging a V2 Operator for any event. If a V2 Operator is engaged for an event, they shall shade no more than four (4) cameras. If the V2 is required by the Employer to shade more than four (4) cameras, they shall be paid the V1 rate.   • Union Orientation During orientation of newly hired Nurses, the Employer will allow up to thirty (30) minutes for a representative of the Local Union to speak with the newly hired Nurses.

  • Orientation The Employer shall provide planned and paid Orientation Programs of such content and duration as it deems appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Employer and the Nurses involved. Such Nurses will not be considered part of core staffing during their Orientation Program nor will they be provided with primary assignments.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the classifications listed in Section 7 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for replacement of safety footwear.

  • Extra Shifts Where an employee agrees to work or is required by the Employer to work a shift(s) or portion thereof, in excess of the employee’s scheduled work week, the employee will receive pay at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular hourly rate for such excess hours worked, with a minimum of three (3) hours at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular rate of pay.
