Common use of CPS Clause in Contracts

CPS. Should any of the provisions of this Agreement contradict with the provisions of the Certificate Policy and Certification Practices Statement (the “CPS”) set out at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/CA/, the CPS shall prevail. As regards to liability issues, VikingCloud cannot accept any liability other than that recognized in the CPS that governs the use of the services of VikingCloud.
