Common use of CPEA Transition Clause in Contracts

CPEA Transition. If Customer subscribes to CPEA Cloud Services during the Subscription Term then SAP will terminate the Pay-As-You-Go Cloud Services on this Order Form unless the parties agree otherwise. Such termination will be effective one day before the start of Customer’s CPEA Cloud Services.
