Covered Termination During a Change in Control Period. If Executive experiences a Covered Termination during a Change in Control Period, and if Executive satisfies the Release Requirements, then in addition to any Accrued Amounts, but in lieu of any amounts the Executive otherwise could have received under Section 3 of this Agreement, the Company shall provide Executive with the following:
