Common use of Covered Projects Clause in Contracts

Covered Projects. Projects subject to this Article 12 shall consist of any and all projects in Jasper, Newton, ▇▇▇▇▇ and Pulaski counties. This may also apply to others that are deemed to be advantageous by both parties to do so and with five (5) days notice to the Union and followed by written notice of the Employer’s intentions to bid such project, said project may be within the scope and intent of this Article 12. This Paragraph 12.2 may be modified by mutual consent of the parties.

This may also apply to others that are deemed to be advantageous by both parties partied to do so and with five (5) days notice to the Union and followed by written notice scope of the Employer’s intentions to bid such project, said project may be within the scope and intent of this Article 12XII. This Paragraph 12.2 paragraph Section 2 may be modified by mutual consent of the parties.
