Common use of Covered Facilities Clause in Contracts

Covered Facilities. PeaceHealth St. ▇▇▇▇ Medical Center (“Employer”) consists of an acute care facility at the Employer’s Delaware and Broadway campus locations and out-patient medical clinics operated by PeaceHealth Medical Group (“Medical Group”) and laboratories operated within these facilities in Longview, Washington. These entities are referred to collectively herein as the “Employer”.
