COVERED CLASSIFICATIONS. All the employees in the classifications listed in Article I.A of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be subject to Reasonable Suspicion and Post-Accident testing under this Policy. Employees in classifications covered under the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations shall be excluded under this Policy.
