Common use of Coverage Territory Clause in Contracts

Coverage Territory. We will cover loss or damage to "cargo" that occur during the "coverage period" within the United States and Canada, but only if it arises from the use of a "truck" which is rented in the United States and returned to the renting location in the United States. The coverage territory does not include Mexico.
