Coverage Section. 2.1 In return for the payment of a fee by yourself through the Dealer to Global Warranty to purchase this Agreement, and: 2.2 Coverage for 30/30 Bumper to Bumper program shall begin on the date of sale or lease of your vehicle at the then current odometer reading, and shall end when your covered vehicle has travelled the stipulated kilometers or when the stipulated time period has ended indicated in this Agreement, whichever occurs first. 2.3 Your Agreement shall carry a maximum limit of liability, which shall not exceed the Wholesale Value of your vehicle at the time of a covered breakdown/failure. With respect to each individual claim under your Agreement, Global’s maximum liability shall be as indicated by you on the face of your Agreement or the Wholesale Value whichever is the lesser. 2.4 In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown/failure, on the 30/30 Bumper to Bumper program, you shall pay a Deductible fee of the first $250 (two hundred and fifty). You shall not pay a Deductible for Towing or Trip Interruption. Coverage Section. Any coverage section that is purchased by the Policyholder as indicated in Item 4 of the Schedule, and which then forms part of this Policy.

Coverage Section. 2.1 In consideration of the fee received by Global on this Agreement, provided that all statements on the face of this Agreement are correct, and You have complied with all terms and conditions set forth, and the recreational vehicle was not written off by an insurance company, subject to all limitations and exclusions set forth, Global hereby agrees to pay the reasonable costs for authorized repairs or replacements of covered parts (including labour) which cause a mechanical breakdown and/or failure. 2.2 You shall designate on the applicable space on the face of this Agreement the selected warranty term and options (if applicable): PREMIER PLUS Coverage as listed in Part 3.1-3.25. DELUXE DRIVE Coverage as listed in Part 3.1-3.34. ULTRAMAX Complete Bumper to Bumper as listed in Part 3.1-3.38. (a) Your coverage for Premier Plus, Deluxe Drive, and Ultramax NEW PLANS shall commence when the applicable full manufacturer warranty expires and is calculated from the Original In-Service Date when the odometer reading was zero (0), and shall expire when the stipulated time period has ended as indicated on the face of Your Agreement. Your recreational vehicle must have a full manufacturer warranty in effect to qualify. (b) Your coverage for the Premier Plus, Deluxe Drive, and Ultramax USED PLANS shall commence on the date of Your recreational vehicle sale and shall expire when the stipulated time period has ended as indicated on the face of Your Agreement. 2.4 Your Agreement shall carry a maximum limit of liability which shall not exceed the actual wholesale value of Your covered recreational vehicle at the time of the mechanical breakdown and/or failure. The total maximum limit of 2.5 In the event of a mechanical breakdown and/or failure covered under Your Agreement on ALL programs, You will pay a deductible fee of the first $150 for each repair visit on all the warranty programs. You will not pay a deductible fee for Towing, Roadside Assistance, Car Rental, Trip Interruption or Food Spoilage. PART THREE: COVERED PARTS AND BENEFITS

Optional coverage shall include the Covered Parts and Services listed in PART 3.30 to 3.32 2.3 The Agreement Coverage Period for Premium is as follows: a) The Agreement Coverage Period for Premium shall begin on the date of sale or lease of the Covered Vehicle at the then current odometer reading, and shall end when the Covered Vehicle has reached the Kilometer Limit or the Term has expired, whichever occurs first; b) The Agreement Coverage Period for Premium can also be deferred at the time of sale or lease of the Covered Vehicle and shall commence when the manufacturer’s powertrain warranty expires, as approved by We Care Auto, from time to time or as per the maximum eligibility allowed for the Coverage Level (as indicated on the Registration Page) selected at the time of sale or lease whichever occurs first, as approved by We Care Auto, from time to time.

  • Coverage Selection Prior to Retirement An employee who retires and is eligible to continue insurance coverage as a retiree may change his/her health or dental plan during the sixty (60) calendar day period immediately preceding the date of retirement. The employee may not add dependent coverage during this period. The change takes effect on the first day of the month following the date of retirement.

  • Short-term Disability Coverage Days Payable at 90% Wages Permanent Employees

  • Short Term Disability Insurance The Employer will provide access to a short term disability supplemental insurance plan to employees through payroll deduction. Such plan will be 100% paid for by the employee through payroll deduction using post- taxed dollars. Prior to the implementation, the Employer will review the plan with the Union. If an employee purchases the short-term disability insurance plan and incurs hours of leave that would qualify for both short-term disability and Extended Illness Bank paid leave, the employee may elect to use either short-term disability leave or Extended Illness Bank hours.

  • General Eligibility i. Except as provided in paragraph 2 (a)(ii) below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of needs improvement or ineffective in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary. ii. A teacher who is in the first two full school years of instructing students who receives an evaluation rating of improvement necessary is eligible for salary increase.

  • Group Term Life Insurance The Welfare Plan will include Group Term Life Insurance in accordance with the following Table of Hourly Job Rate Brackets and corresponding coverages. Benefits will be payable as a result of death from any cause on a twenty-four (24) hour coverage basis.
