COVERAGE OF THE LIABILITY OF THE PASSENGER. This Policy provides coverage of the passenger’s liability, when the passenger is liable by law from use of the vehicle in the driveway, or from the articles carried in or equipped with the vehicle provided that such person shall not have been indemnified from another insurance policy or they shall have been indemnified, but is not adequately covered. The Company shall then be liable to pay compensation for that part which is in excess.
