Coverage Clause. The terms of this Agreement apply to any person who is a member of APEX and is employed as a Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) by Bay Radiology. The parties agree that any employee who is engaged from the date this Agreement comes into effect to the expiry of this agreement shall be offered in writing the opportunity to be employed on the terms contained in this Agreement. Upon acceptance of an offer of employment by a prospective employee, and subject to the prospective employee’s consent, APEX will be notified of the prospective employee’s name and contact details.
