Common use of Coverage Clause Clause in Contracts

Coverage Clause. In any school term in which a Beneficiary Employee is prevented by illness or accidental injury from following his or her occupation for an Extended Continuous Period of Time, the Employer shall pay to said Employee for each day of absence the salary and benefits to which the Employee may be entitled as if said Employee were actually engaged in the performance of duty for a period as shown under the sub-title "Schedule."
