Common use of Cover for Letter of Credit Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Cover for Letter of Credit Liabilities. Amounts deposited into the Collateral Account as cover for Letter of Credit Liabilities under the Credit Agreement pursuant to Section 3.02(d) or Section 10 thereof shall be held by the Administrative Agent in a separate sub-account (designated “Letter of Credit Liabilities Sub-Account”) and all amounts held in such sub-account shall constitute collateral security first for the Letter of Credit Liabilities outstanding from time to time and second as collateral security for the other Secured Obligations hereunder.

Cover for Letter of Credit Liabilities. Amounts deposited into the Collateral Account as cover for Letter of Credit Liabilities under the Credit Agreement pursuant to Section 2.10, Section 3.02(d) or Section 10 thereof shall be held by the Administrative Agent in a separate sub-account (designated “Letter of Credit Liabilities Sub-Account”) and all amounts held in such sub-account shall constitute collateral security first for the Letter of Credit Liabilities outstanding from time to time and second as collateral security for the other Secured Obligations hereunder.
