Common use of Covenants of the Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Purchasers. Except as may be required by any law or regulation, each Purchaser agrees that it will maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained by it pursuant to this Agreement or by virtue of its relationship as a stockholder of the Company, which is not otherwise lawfully available from other sources, subject to the disclosure of information of a non-technical nature, including summary financial information, which such Purchaser is obligated to disclose to its partners and/or stockholders.
