Common use of Covenants of Sellers Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Sellers. Each Seller hereby covenants with Purchaser that, at all times from and after the Effective Date until the Closing Date and, with respect to any covenant by its terms to be performed in whole or in part after the Closing, for the period specified herein or, if no period is so specified herein, indefinitely, each Seller shall comply with all the covenants and provisions of this Article VIII.

Covenants of Sellers. Each Seller hereby covenants and agrees with Purchaser that, at all times from and after the Effective Date date hereof until the Closing Date and, with respect to any covenant or agreement by its terms to be performed in whole or in part after the Closing, for the period specified herein therein or, if no period is so specified hereintherein, indefinitely, each such Seller shall will comply with all the covenants and provisions of this Article VIIIV, except to the extent Purchaser may otherwise consent in writing.
