Covenants of Acquiring Fund and Acquired Fund. 4.1. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Acquired Fund and the Company, on behalf of Acquiring Fund, will operate in the ordinary course between the date hereof and the Closing Date, it being understood that such ordinary course of business will include customary dividends and other distributions.
