Covenants Independent; Survival. (a) The covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties of Officer contained in this Agreement are separate and independent from the covenants, agreements, representations and warranties of Officer contained in any other agreement or document in favor of Company or any of its affiliates, and this Agreement will in no way affect or be affected by the scope or continuing validity of any such covenant, agreement, representation or warranty of Officer.
Covenants Independent; Survival. The covenants of the Executive contained in paragraphs 10 and 11 shall be construed as independent of all other provisions contained in this Agreement. The Executive agrees that, to the extent set forth in such paragraphs, the provisions of such paragraphs shall survive the termination of this Agreement and

Executive’s obligations under Sections 9, 10 and 11 will survive the end of Executive’s employment with United Bank and/or the termination of this Agreement.
