Common use of Courts Clause in Contracts

Courts. (a) If the Dispute is not resolved within 60 days of referral to a third party mediator or the ADC in accordance with clause 17.4, either Party is entitled to commence proceedings in a court of appropriate jurisdiction. (b) Nothing in this clause 17 will prevent a Party from seeking interlocutory relief through courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
