Courtesy. The Employer and the Union agree to encourage all employees and managers/supervisors, regardless of position or profession, to behave in a professional, courteous and respectful manner when such individuals interact with fellow employees, patients and the public
Courtesy. While Mn Power Wash LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own.
Courtesy. Member should not occupy any equipment for an extended period of time, especially while busy. Member should allow others waiting to use such equipment to work into their rotation. Photos and videos are allowed at the facility, but Member should consult with other members in the area prior to taking the photo or video.
Courtesy. We agree to cooperate with the mediation process by remaining courteous throughout the sessions. We will refrain from personal attacks and angry outbursts, and will respect the opinions, perceptions and feelings of the other Parties in mediation.
Courtesy. Courtesy in day to day communications between employees, supervisors, customers and managers of the Employer should always be present in Employer and employee relations. Employees, supervisors, and managers should treat each other with dignity and respect.
Courtesy. The cinematography schedule and methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Client. Client and Cinematographer agree that positive co-operation, communication and punctuality are therefore essential to the performance of this Agreement.
Courtesy. All common courtesies of the road shall be exercised whenever practical. The manner in which vehicles are operated reflect upon the reputation of all City employees.
Courtesy. Be courteous and efficient in the discharge of their duties at all times in order to promptly and efficiently serve the public and to provide the quality of the Concession operation as required herein.
Courtesy. Each of the parties agrees to refrain from interfering in any way with the other’s business or personal activities, or business relationships now or in the future. None of the parties shall disparage the other party hereto or any business activities undertaken by any party or affiliate of a party.
Courtesy. In all communications and dealings with any Borrower (whether in person, by phone, via the Platform or otherwise) you must behave courteously and professionally, even if the Borrower does not. If a Borrower acts inappropriately (including by engaging in violent, threatening or offensive behaviour) then you should first contact your local police station and subsequently notify Everywhere Roadie, preferably with a copy of the relevant police report. We may, but are not obliged to, revoke or suspend the registration with Everywhere Roadie of any such Borrower but are not liable in any way for the conduct of the Borrower.
