Court Operations. The Court is responsible for "court operations" California Rule of Court Rule 10.810 expenditures including court records storage pursuant to AB 233. Programs that are not classified as "court operations" remain the financial responsibility of the County. Financial activities outside of the County Treasurer will not bear the County's Employer Identification Number. The Court agrees that no County facility utilized by the Court shall be significantly structurally modified in any manner without prior approval of the Board of Supervisors.
