Common use of Court experts Clause in Contracts

Court experts. (1) Without prejudice to the possibility for the parties to produce expert evidence, the Court may at any time appoint court experts in order to provide expertise for specific aspects of the case. The Court shall provide to the court expert appointed in a case all information necessary to give his expert advice.
