Course Scheduling. Upon scheduling courses, Licensees shall input the relevant information: date, location, contact person, phone number, registration directions, and instructor name, to the Chapter Portal of the RLI website. A $250 non-refundable scheduling deposit must be remitted to RLI before course can be approved. Licensees shall make strong efforts to schedule courses for 2018 by October 2017 to be promoted in the winter issue of Terra Firma magazine, on national’s website, and included in national’s promotional course emails.

Academic deans or campus associate deans, in coordination with campus provosts, department chairs, and program directors, are responsible for the assignment of all course sections. In so doing, scheduling preferences from faculty shall be solicited and considered. To ensure availability of courses for students, the College will honor faculty requests when possible.
