Common use of Course Rigor Clause in Contracts

The parties shall provide rigorous college readiness instruction according to the THECB rules regarding the list of aligned high school and college courses, dual credit, and technical credit. AISD shall ensure the high school credit courses meet all TEC requirements. The College shall ensure college credit courses meet all THECB requirements.
