Common use of COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER Clause in Contracts

COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. The responsibilities of the COUNTY’S Program Manager include: ▪ meeting with the CONTRACTOR’S Project Director on a regular basis; and ▪ inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the CONTRACTOR. The COUNTY’S Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate COUNTY in any respect whatsoever.
