COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. The County’s Program Manager will be identified in the executed Work Order and is the County’s chief contact person with respect to the day-to- day administration of the specific Work Order. The County’s Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.
