Common use of County Data Clause in Contracts

County Data. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to waive the requirements of § 205.009 of the Texas Local Government Code. Upon termination of this Agreement or upon request by County, the County will be able to retrieve a copy of County data from Mark III Systems in a standard industry format, at no additional cost to County. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to waive the requirements of any record retention laws applicable to County.
