Common use of Country-Specific Appendix Clause in Contracts

Country-Specific Appendix. If the Grantee is subject to the laws in a jurisdiction reflected in Appendix B attached hereto, this Award shall be subject to such terms and conditions set forth in Appendix B, or as may later become applicable, as described herein. If the Grantee becomes subject to the laws of a jurisdiction to which Appendix B applies, the terms and conditions for such jurisdiction will apply to this Award to the extent the Committee or its delegate determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable to comply with Applicable Laws or to facilitate the administration of the Plan. Appendix B shall be considered a part of this PSU Agreement.
