Common use of Counties Clause in Contracts

Counties. Any County in this State may be added as a party to this Agree- ment and become a Member upon: (i) the filing by such County with the Commission an exe- cuted counterpart of this Agreement, together with a certified copy of the resolution of the gov- erning body of such County approving this Agreement and the execution and delivery hereof;
