Common use of Counterparts; Execution by Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Execution by Facsimile. This Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties hereto in any number of separate counterparts and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. This Amendment may be delivered by, and shall be effective as to the relevant party upon, facsimile transmission of the relevant signature pages hereof.
