Common use of Counterparts; Electronic Signatures and Transmission Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Electronic Signatures and Transmission. (a) This Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Indenture by Electronic Transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Indenture.
