Common use of Counterparts and Consent to Do Business Electronically Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Consent to Do Business Electronically. This Agreement may be executed by one or more of the parties to this Agreement on any number of separate counterparts, and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile and .pdf signatures shall be deemed valid and binding to the same extent as the original and the parties affirmatively consent to the use thereof, with no such consent having been withdrawn.
