Counterpart Facsimile Execution. This Agreement may be executed in any number of identical counterparts and signature pages may be detached from one counterpart and added to another counterpart. This Agreement may also be transmitted between the Parties using a facsimile machine or scanned electronic transmission. The Parties intend that faxed or scanned electronic signatures shall constitute original signatures and that a faxed or scanned electronic copy of this Agreement containing the signatures (original, faxed, or scanned electronically) of all Parties, by counterpart or otherwise, is binding on all of the Parties.
