Common use of Counterpart Execution Clause in Contracts

This Agreement may be executed signed in two or more multiple counterparts, including with facsimile or scanned signatures, and each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together counterpart when taken with the other executed counterparts, shall constitute one and a binding agreement among the same Agreement. The counterparts of this Agreement may be Parties executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic signature by any as of the parties to any other party and the receiving party may rely on the receipt of such document so executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means as if the original had been receiveddate first written above.

Counterpart Execution. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. The counterparts of this Agreement may be executed and delivered in separate counterparts and delivered by one Party to the other by facsimile or other electronic signature by any email (in portable document format), each of the parties to any other party and the receiving party may rely on the receipt of such document which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original and all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same agreement. If this Agreement is delivered by facsimile or email, the Party so delivering this Agreement shall within a reasonable time after such delivery deliver an originally executed copy to the other electronic means as if the original had been receivedParties.

Counterpart Execution. This Agreement may be executed in two any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all of the parties had signed the same document.
