The Counter Space clause defines the specific area within a premises that a party, typically a vendor or service provider, is permitted to use for their operations. Counter Space. The Lessee shall be provided two hundred forty (240) square feet of counter space as depicted on Exhibit “A” to conduct its car rental business at the Airport. The Lessor shall have the right to move the counter and operation of Lessee upon giving sixty (60) days written notice to any location within the Airport terminal.
