COUNTER PART. 16.3.1. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts and all counterparts together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery by a party of an executed copy of this Agreement by electronic means will be effective delivery, and the parties shall adopt any signatures received electronically as original signatures of the parties
COUNTER PART. This Lease Agreement is made in 2 (two) sets in original, each of the parties shall get a set of original of the Agreement.

COUNTER PART. 20.1. This Lease Deed may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
