Costs of preservation of rights, enforcement etc. Without prejudice to the Guarantor's liabilities in respect of the Obligors' obligations under Clauses 11 (Fees) and 12 (Tax gross-up and indemnities), the Guarantor shall pay to the Agent on its demand the amount of all expenses incurred by the Agent, or any other Secured Party in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause 17 (Guarantee and indemnity) or any Security Interest connected with it, including any advice, claim or proceedings relating to this Clause 17 (Guarantee and indemnity) or such a Security Interest.
