Common use of Costs of Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Costs of Acquisition. Lessee shall pay or reimburse Lessor for all costs incurred by Lessor (other than the purchase price) in connection with Lessor’s acquisition of the Leased Property under the PSA. Such costs, shall include, but shall not be limited to, all title insurance or endorsement fees, survey costs, franchise fees, and transfer taxes in connection with the acquisition, etc.
