Common use of Costs, Expenses Clause in Contracts

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, delivery and any modification of this Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.02 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of (including Other Taxes) incurred by the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, execution and delivery and any modification of this Amendment Agreement and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.02 9.05 of the Credit Agreement.

The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, delivery and any modification of this Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative AgentAgent invoiced to the Borrower in reasonable detail) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.02 11.04 of the Credit Agreement.

The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses of incurred by the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, delivery negotiation and any modification execution of this Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the all reasonable and documented fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.02 10.04 of the Credit Agreement.
