Common use of Costs, Expenses Clause in Contracts

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay on demand all costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, execution, delivery and administration, modification and amendment of this Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.04 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay on demand all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, execution, execution and delivery and administration, modification and amendment of this Amendment Agreement and the other instruments and documents to be delivered hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable and documented fees and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.04 13.5 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay on demand all reasonable costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, execution, delivery and administration, modification and amendment of this Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 8.04 11.04 of the Credit Agreement.
