Costs Arising From Reciprocal Coordination of Flowgates. In the event redispatch occurs in order to coordinate congestion management under Section 6.1 or subparts thereof, including redispatch necessary to respect the other Party’s Flowgate, as set forth in Article XII, the Party responsible for the flow that required the redispatch shall bear the costs of the redispatch.
