Common use of Costs and Attorney Fees Clause in Contracts

Costs and Attorney Fees. If the Developer breaches this Agreement, the Developer shall pay the Town’s reasonable costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred in the enforcement of the terms, conditions and obligations of this Agreement. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent or interfere with the Town’s rights and remedies specified elsewhere in the Agreement.
