Correspondence. Promptly and fully answer correspondence from shareholders and Administrators relating to Shareholder Accounts, Retirement Accounts, transfer agent procedures, and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon with the Funds. Unless otherwise instructed, copies of all correspondence will be retained by Price Services in accordance with applicable law and procedures.
