Correspondanee Sample Clauses

Correspondanee. All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Administrator or his/her designate to the Local President and the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ when matters arise out of a grievance, mediation and arbitration process, with a copy to the National Representative of the Union. All correspondence shall be placed in an envelope when delivered at the Home.
